Perfect location to every thing the beautiful town of Orvieto has to offer. Nice size and well appointed rooms with interesting local art and a quiet patio for a drink before heading to dinner but this place stands out for the absolutely amazing customer service. Every single employee went out of their way to meet our needs. Would love to visit again. SOON!
..anche quest anno tornerò in questo villaggio bellissimo..dopo molteplici esperienze..sono 3 anni che torno qui..mai successo prima..è un posto ottimo se ami la tranquillità e la natura e se il rapporti umani per te sono importanti..tranquillità,calore umano,bellezza del paesaggio,amore per i bambini e gli animali tutto questo qui è la normalità..e poi tanto divertimento per te e per i tuoi bambini..mio nipote(13 anni) si è divertito tantissimo e non vede l ora di tornare..il cibo ,il personale,la pulizia:superlativi..
Mi sono trovata benissimo, STAFF GENTILE E AMICHEVOLE E MOLTO DISPONIBILE. PULIZIA ECCELLENTE!!! Mi sono sentita come a casa! Luogo tranquillo con vista pazzesca da qualsiasi angolazione!!! Colazione buonissima,specialmente le crostate di NONNA PINA!!! Consigliatissimo!!!????????
Semplicemente meraviglioso. Grazie di cuore per l’accoglienza calorosa, cordiale e familiare nel meraviglioso Palazzo Fiorentini. Un vero gioiello, ristrutturato e gestito con cuore e passione – lo si percepisce in ogni dettaglio. This property is situated in rural Tuscany and all the most visited sites for tourists are easily accessed. A car is definitely required. The buildings are all old but have been beautifully renovated and the grounds and facilities are all well kept.
Stunning resort, fabulous location, very good food, truly a place that deserves it, shame about my experience where I found myself with a tall, dark-skinned bag carrier, as far as I could understand, his name was Remi or Rimi. This person tried to open my wife's bag while he was seating us in the suite. For the rest, all the other operators such as receptionists and other porters are really polite, very clean environment and really clean air, if it weren't for that bag carrier who gave me a negative test, including my wife's, the days I was there
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and peaceful resort.Yassine and Sara were extraordinary at their srevice.The rooms could do updating a little bit but we liked the low beams and the rustic look.Food was really nice.we will definitely visit again.
If it’s an idyllic Tuscan retreat in the hills you want then this wonderfully fits the bill. If however you also are dependent on transport and would still like to explore the area then you are heavily reliant upon taxis as the bus service for the Resort is poor. Once you get to the Railway station though ( 35 mins. away) then marvellous rail services available.
